Returns & Replacements
In Case of Self Pickup:
If you collect your order directly from Hafeez Automation Technologies, please check the product for any visible damage or manufacturing defects at the time of pickup. Most electronic and automation components are sold “as-is”, and no warranty is provided unless explicitly stated on the product page. Claims for faulty or damaged items will not be entertained after pickup.
In Case of Doorstep Delivery:
In the rare event that a product is damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, a replacement will be issued after the return of the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost. We strongly recommend checking your items before accepting delivery. If payment was made in advance, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Hafeez Automation Technologies reserves the right to reject any return claims if the item is:
- Damaged, altered, or modified due to misuse or attempted repair
- Exposed to liquid, moisture, or voltage fluctuations
Change of Mind Returns:
If a customer wishes to return a product in its original, unused condition without any defect, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges will apply.
Payment Refunds:
- Refunds are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- In case of a lost parcel, payment will be refunded after the courier declares it lost.
- During courier investigation, payment will remain on hold.
Orders with On-Demand Items:
Items imported on customer demand are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases where they are physically damaged during delivery. All product details are mentioned on the product page; please consult our live chat or call us if anything is unclear. Returns will not be accepted if the wrong product was ordered or the product does not meet your project requirements.
Other Items:
All electronic and automation components must be unused and in original packaging for an exchange or replacement to be issued.
Processing Time:
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the processing of your return after the product is received.
